WPF Summit 2026 Vendor Marketplace
Vendor Guidelines
Every vendor is expected to maintain a spirit of excellence, respect, and professionalism throughout the event.
- Represent well. As an Apostolic organization, we expect every vendor to act with excellence and professionalism at all times — your conduct reflects directly on WPF and your Church.
- Treat everyone with respect. Shoppers come from all walks of life. As business owners and as Christians, we're called to extend genuine respect and kindness to all.
- Present yourself well. As you represent your booth, we ask that vendors keep their appearance tasteful, mindful of jewelry, makeup, and clothing.
- No bullying or foul language. Slander, crude remarks, and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. A repeated issue will result in being asked to stop selling, with no refund.
- This applies to everyone. All business owners and employees are held to these standards — no exceptions.
- Respect other vendors' products. Do not photograph or video other vendors' merchandise (or send someone to do so) without their consent. Violators will be asked to stop selling for the remainder of the conference.
Bullying, slander, foul language, crude remarks, and disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated. Repeated violations may result in removal from the Vendor Marketplace without a refund.
